This application uses the GIS (Geographic Information System) GMP to obtain information on the basis of the agreement with the NPO "MONETA.RU". The service uses your phone's location to determine the amount of the debt and transfer it to the Federal Treasury through NPO "MONETA.RU" (LLC). The application allows you to pay the debt using your card of any bank.
